We will use this page to establish the primary contacts for each team including Head Coach, Assistant Coach, Team Manager and Team Rep.  These individuals will be provided edit permissions for the team's web page on this site.  If you will be the responsible member of the team to maintain the team roster and the team schedule and game box scores please indicate the appropriate check box when you fill out the Registration form.
